Agreement for Advertisement Placement on My City and I's Website
This Agreement is made between My City and I and the business owner above for the placement of the business owner below, website link on the blog of your choice under the following terms:
1. Annual Placement: The Advertiser understands that the space is available for a term of 1 year for $12 and a renewal will be offered 30 days prior and may be offered at a different renewal rate.
2. Loss of Placement: If the Advertiser does not secure the space by paying the $12 within the 7-day period, the space will be offered to the next advertiser.
3. Advertiser must provide a valid url link to a valid website for their company. If at any time a link is tested and deemed invalid the advertiser will be notified and will have 7 days to provide a new link or link will be removed and a new advertiser can obtain the same space. No refunds will be provided.
4. Notification: The Platform agrees to notify the Advertiser via email or phone if a link becomes invalid. The 7-day response window begins upon the date of notification. Note: advertiser is responsible to keep their email and phone number up to date with My City and I at mycityandi@gmail.com. or windy@gmail.com
By filling out the form above the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined above.
