Agreement for Advertisement Placement on My City and I's Website
This Agreement is made between My City and I and the business owner above for the placement of the business owner below, website link on the blog of your choice under the following terms:
1. Free Placement: The Advertiser agrees to have their business link displayed on the My City and I website free of charge for a limited time*.
2. Limited Space Availability: The Advertiser understands that the space is available for free only until a paying advertiser requests the same slot.
3. Right of First Refusal: In the event that a paying advertiser requests the space at the rate of $20 per year, the Advertiser will be notified and given the opportunity to secure the space by paying the $20 annual fee within 7 days of notification.
4. Loss of Placement: If the Advertiser does not secure the space by paying the $20 within the 7-day period, the space will be offered to the paying advertiser, and the current, non-paying, Advertiser's link will be removed.
5. Notification: The Platform agrees to notify the Advertiser via email or phone if a paying advertiser requests the space. The 7-day response window begins upon the date of notification. Note: advertiser is responsible to keep their email and phone number up to date with My City and I.
By filling out the form below the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined above.
